What makes art, art? - “such is human nature.”
Usually, when one comes to inscribe upon a piece of paper a logical set of "ideas using words and language, the individual is advised to brainstorm all of the things he seeks to amalgamate in between said piece of paper. However, for this instance I will allow the words to come naturally and write them as they exit my consciousness, for I consider “writing” - art. Such is, my human nature.
But, why is writing “art?”, and even more importantly, what makes art, art? Ever since the dawn of humankind we’ve come to formulate logical conclusions to this dilemma; my answer is built upon the groundworks and legacy laid by the thinkers and artists that came before me, and a wonderful number of 17 years of experience.
In essence, most people (myself included) agree on the idea that “any product, construct, thing” that comes from the realm of the mind to reality, and makes us feel “something”, is what makes art, art. Anything that makes us experience feelings, thoughts, and emotions to reaffirm the idea of our existence, for we are human beings, filled with the drive to channel our energy in something that makes us feel alive, such as what is written, in this piece of paper.
